Our institutional customers include exchange and funding organizations, foundations, associations, universities, and other non-profit organizations in Germany and abroad. We work with them on a wide variety of programs for young people, students and professionals.
Most projects focus on linguistic and cultural preparation for an extended stay in Germany. Carl Duisberg Centren is a reliable project partner with decades of experience in the implementation of international educational programs.
“The Alexianer Krankenhaus Hedwigshöhe has been working extremely successfully with the Carl Duisberg Training Center Berlin since 2021. CDC prepares our nursing staff from abroad for the telc B2 exams with intensive language courses over a period of more than 10 weeks. In addition, special language courses have been developed to meet the individual needs of participants from the care sector. CDC is an important partner at our side, especially when it comes to organizing the courses and running the language courses.
The range of professional language trainers in combination with a learning management system and digital formats after the lessons offer our employees optimal preparation for the telc exam and everyday working language in the hospital. The quality of the language instructors at CDC is extremely high and the training courses are always adapted to the performance level and background of our students.
The high level of service and the pronounced service orientation of the staff at the Training Center Berlin support a very positive and professional working relationship. This is because order processing and regular consultations on the participants' level of knowledge always run smoothly. This is confirmed by the consistently positive feedback and the lasting improvement in our employees' language skills.”
Ann-Christin Reimer and Steffen Jonas, Healthcare Management
“We, Oberhavel Kliniken GmbH, have been working with Carl Duisberg Centren (CDC) since 2016.
We started with our midwives from Italy. From 2017, nurses from Romania and the Philippines joined us. In total, almost 100 employees have already successfully completed their telc B2 course and, following successful recognition, have made excellent additions to our nursing teams.
The extremely high level of competence of the trainers and the supporting teaching material (partly digital, partly in paper form) complement the individual learning offer. The training units are continuously adapted to the different language levels of our participants. An adapted learning program for our nursing staff was developed in close cooperation with the management of CDC.
The high quality of service and great flexibility of our employees enables them to integrate and participate quickly. Waiting times are non-existent at CDC.
The programs are continuously developed with the customer and adapted to their needs within the framework of a high level of transparency. The positive feedback from the participants and their areas of application in the hospital reinforce our cooperation.”
